About Zachary
Zachary T. Flood is a partner at Alvine Law Firm, LLP, serving clients in Sioux Falls, Mitchell, and throughout South Dakota. His practice focuses primarily on personal injury, workers’ compensation, and criminal defense. He brings substantial courtroom experience to his cases, including work involving capital cases and multiple jury trials, and uses that experience to develop focused strategies for clients facing serious legal challenges.
Before joining Alvine Law Firm, Zachary worked as an attorney with Morgan Theeler, LLP and previously served as a law clerk for the First Judicial Circuit in Mitchell. His experience working alongside judges and gaining firsthand insight into courtroom proceedings has strengthened his approach to litigation. He is an active member of the South Dakota Trial Lawyers Association and the South Dakota Criminal Defense Lawyers Association, and has been recognized as a Super Lawyers Rising Star as well as a Top 10 Personal Injury Attorney and Top 40 Under 40 Trial Attorney.
