About Renee
Renee H. Christensen is a Sioux Falls attorney with more than 30 years of experience representing individuals facing serious injuries, disabilities, and other difficult legal circumstances. Her practice is focused on helping people understand their rights and pursue the benefits or compensation available to them under the law.
Renee handles a range of matters involving workers’ compensation, personal injury, Social Security Disability, and nursing home abuse. She takes a client-focused approach to each case, working to understand the circumstances involved and provide dedicated representation throughout the legal process.
In addition to her legal practice, Renee is involved in several professional organizations and legal initiatives. She is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates, the National Organization of Social Security Claimants’ Representatives, South Dakota Trial Lawyers, and the American Bar Association. She also serves as a Second Circuit Bar Commissioner for South Dakota and has been involved with Kids’ Chance of South Dakota.
