Jared Powell

Jared Powell is the founder of Badger Injury Law and represents individuals and families throughout Wisconsin in personal injury matters. His practice focuses on car accidents, truck accidents, workplace injuries, slip and fall incidents, wrongful death, and other negligence-based claims. From an early age, he developed a passion for helping injury victims, and today he is known for his determined advocacy and client-first approach.

Before establishing Badger Injury Law, Jared built experience as a trial attorney handling claims against insurance companies and negligent parties. He has overseen more than $215 million in client settlements during his legal career and founded his firm with the goal of providing aggressive, personalized representation for injury victims across Wisconsin.
