Emily Reber-Mariniello is the founder and managing attorney of ERM Immigration Law, PLLC, an immigration law firm serving individuals, families, professionals, and businesses throughout the United States and around the world. Since establishing the firm in 2012, Emily has dedicated her practice exclusively to immigration and naturalization law, earning a reputation for compassionate client service, thorough preparation, and practical legal guidance. She believes that effective representation extends beyond legal knowledge, focusing on understanding each client's unique circumstances and providing clear communication throughout the immigration process.
Emily handles a wide range of family- and employment-based immigration matters, including green cards, naturalization, asylum, DACA, U visas, investor visas, employment visas, waivers, and citizenship applications. Before founding her practice, she worked with one of Seattle's largest public defender agencies, where she developed valuable litigation and advocacy skills that continue to benefit her immigration clients today.
