About Patrick
Patrick Wandres is a founding partner of Wandres Law Injury and Accident Attorneys in Tulsa, Oklahoma. A native Tulsan, he has built his practice around representing individuals and families in serious personal injury matters while also advising businesses on complex legal issues. His experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants earlier in his career gives him valuable insight into litigation strategy, helping him advocate effectively for clients in negotiations and the courtroom.
Patrick earned his Bachelor of Arts in Letters and his Juris Doctor from the University of Oklahoma. During law school, he served as Justice of Phi Alpha Delta, was recognized as a Stephenson Scholar, and contributed to the American Indian Law Review. After graduation, he returned to Tulsa, practiced with several law firms, and eventually co-founded Wandres Law. He is admitted to practice before all Oklahoma state trial courts and the federal district courts in Oklahoma.
Patrick's practice focuses on catastrophic personal injury, car and truck accidents, bicycle and boating accidents, wrongful death, insurance disputes, employment litigation, and complex business matters. In addition to representing injury victims, he serves as outside general counsel for businesses, advising on contracts, real estate transactions, risk management, and employment issues. Recognized with an AV® Preeminent™ rating from Martindale-Hubbell, repeated Super Lawyers honors, and National Trial Lawyers Top 100 recognition, Patrick is known for combining strategic legal advocacy with a client-first approach.
