About Samantha
Samantha Clark Aktug is a Workers' Compensation Attorney at DeMayo Law Offices in North Carolina. With more than 20 years of legal experience, she has dedicated her career to representing injured workers and individuals pursuing Social Security Disability benefits. Over the years, she has successfully represented thousands of clients and helped recover millions of dollars in compensation. Samantha is known for her compassionate, client-focused approach and is committed to guiding injured workers through every stage of the claims process while pursuing the maximum benefits available under the law.
Before joining DeMayo Law Offices, Samantha built an extensive career handling workers' compensation and disability matters. She is licensed to practice in North Carolina and South Carolina, as well as the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Middle Districts of North Carolina. She is an active member of the North Carolina Advocates for Justice and has served as Co-Chair of the North Carolina Bar Association's Pro Bono Workers' Compensation Committee. Outside the office, Samantha enjoys traveling, skiing, watching college football, and spending time with her family.
