About Emily
Emily Driscoll is a New York and Nevada attorney dedicated to representing individuals in civil rights, wrongful arrest, and personal injury matters. Her practice is centered on protecting individual rights and advocating for people facing powerful institutions, including corporations and government entities. She has also been involved in community-based legal work and has served as a legal observer at more than 50 demonstrations.
Before joining Greenstein and Pittari, Emily focused on housing justice and tenants’ rights, representing low-income New Yorkers in eviction proceedings through Bronx Legal Services. Her experience spans civil rights and economic justice, giving her a strong understanding of the challenges individuals can face when navigating the legal system. She has exclusively represented individuals throughout her career and is committed to advancing human dignity, civil liberties, and fairness for her clients.
