John Allegra is the founder of The Law Offices of John Allegra, LLC and a New Jersey personal injury attorney with more than 35 years of legal experience. Since beginning his legal career in 1989, he has dedicated his practice to representing accident victims and individuals who have suffered serious injuries. Before entering private practice, he served as a Judicial Clerk for Ocean County from 1988 to 1989, gaining valuable courtroom experience that has shaped his approach to litigation.
John founded his law firm in 2007 after nearly two decades of trial experience. He represents clients in a wide range of personal injury matters, including motor vehicle accidents, truck and commercial vehicle collisions, Uber and Lyft accidents, premises liability, medical malpractice, product liability, wrongful death, and workers' compensation claims. Raised in a family with three generations of orthopedic trauma surgeons, John developed an early understanding of injury and recovery.
