Patti S. Wise is the Managing Partner at Ed Bernstein Injury Lawyers in Las Vegas, Nevada. She has more than 25 years of experience representing clients in mass tort and personal injury matters, with a particular focus on brain injuries, seriously injured plaintiffs, and pharmaceutical litigation. She has also played a leading role in significant litigation, including the Endoscopy Center of Southern Nevada matter.
Throughout her career, Wise has handled complex injury cases and has been involved in significant trial work. In 2011, she served as trial co-counsel in Washington v. Teva, which resulted in a $104 million verdict. She has also been recognized among Nevada’s Top 100 Trial Attorneys and has spoken at Nevada Justice Association conventions. In addition to her litigation work, she serves as a court-appointed arbitrator for Clark County.
Wise is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the District of Nevada and is a member of the Nevada State Bar, American Trial Lawyers Association, Nevada Justice Association, and Southern Nevada Association of Women Attorneys.
