Edward M. Bernstein, Esq. is the owner and founding partner of Edward M. Bernstein & Associates in Las Vegas, Nevada. He focuses his practice on personal injury law, representing clients in matters involving car accidents, truck accidents, motorcycle accidents, rideshare accidents, slip and fall incidents, workers’ compensation, and other injury claims.
With decades of legal experience, Bernstein has represented injured clients and served in a variety of legal and judicial roles. He has served as a Judge Pro Tem for the Las Vegas and North Las Vegas Municipal Courts and has held several hearing officer and advisory positions within Nevada. He is admitted to practice before the Nevada Supreme Court, U.S. District Court for the District of Nevada, Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and U.S. Supreme Court.
Beyond his legal practice, Bernstein has maintained a strong presence in the Las Vegas community. He has hosted The Ed Bernstein Show for decades and has been involved with numerous professional, charitable, and community organizations. His work has included advocacy related to victims’ rights and efforts to promote community responsibility, diversity, and public awareness.
