Kenneth B. Pennywell is a senior attorney with Franklin D. Azar & Associates, P.C., where he represents individuals in personal injury and civil litigation matters. His practice includes car accidents, truck accidents, motorcycle accidents, rideshare accidents, pedestrian accidents, product liability, and other injury claims.
Attorney Pennywell brings extensive courtroom experience to his practice, having handled more than 150 jury, bench, and administrative trials throughout his career. Before focusing on representing injured clients, he served as an Assistant District Attorney in Louisiana, prosecuting major felony cases, and later worked with the Colorado Supreme Court Office of Attorney Regulation, where he handled attorney ethics matters.
Pennywell has been with Franklin D. Azar & Associates since 2000 and is also a frequent presenter at continuing legal education programs for attorneys at local and national levels. He is admitted to practice in Colorado and Louisiana and has been involved with the Colorado Bar Association and Louisiana Bar Association.
