About Brandon
Brandon Naidu is a dedicated criminal defense attorney serving clients throughout San Diego and Southern California. As the lead attorney at RJT Criminal Lawyer, he has focused his entire legal career on criminal defense, handling a wide range of cases including DUI defense, misdemeanor offenses, and serious felony matters. With experience in over a thousand criminal defense cases, Mr. Naidu is committed to protecting his clients’ rights and developing strong defense strategies tailored to each individual situation.
Born and raised near Seattle, Washington, Brandon Naidu pursued his undergraduate studies in Economics at the University of Utah while participating in the United States Marine Corps Officer Training Corps. He later earned a Master’s Degree in Economics before moving to San Diego to attend California Western School of Law, where he developed a strong focus on criminal law. Throughout his career, Mr. Naidu has been recognized for his dedication to criminal defense, including multiple selections as a Rising Star by Super Lawyers and recognition from legal organizations for his commitment to client advocacy.
