About Sean
Sean T. Keith has spent more than three decades representing individuals and families who have suffered injuries because of someone else’s negligence. Since beginning his legal career, he has built a practice focused on personal injury litigation, handling cases involving car and truck accidents, nursing home abuse, defective products, and dangerous drugs and medical devices. He has also played a significant role in complex mass tort litigation, including transvaginal mesh and Stryker hip implant cases, helping secure substantial results for injured clients.
Recognized for his courtroom experience and leadership in the legal profession, Sean has earned an AV Preeminent® rating from Martindale-Hubbell and has been repeatedly selected to Super Lawyers. He has also been named among The National Trial Lawyers Top 100 and has served in numerous leadership positions, including President of the Benton County Bar Association and Chairman of the Arkansas Bar Association Board of Governors. In 2015, he was appointed by Governor Asa Hutchinson to serve as a Special Justice on the Arkansas Supreme Court and continues to contribute to the legal community through professional committees and educational presentations.
