About Ted
Ted A. Schmidt is a Tucson personal injury attorney and managing partner of Schmidt, Sethi & Akmajian. With more than four decades of trial experience, he has dedicated his career to representing individuals and families in catastrophic injury, wrongful death, medical malpractice, product liability, insurance bad faith, and other complex civil litigation matters. Before advocating for injury victims, Ted began his legal career defending insurance companies, giving him valuable insight into defense strategies that he now uses to benefit his clients.
