William Messervy is a Huntsville, Alabama personal injury attorney with Timberlake, League & Brooks, where he represents individuals and families facing the consequences of serious injuries and wrongful conduct. His practice includes personal injury, automobile accidents, truck and 18-wheeler accidents, motorcycle accidents, workers’ compensation matters, medical malpractice, nursing home abuse, product liability, insurance disputes, and wrongful death cases. As a native of Huntsville, Messervy developed an interest in personal injury law after seeing how attorneys could make a meaningful difference in the lives of people going through difficult circumstances.
Attorney Messervy is known for combining legal knowledge with an empathetic and attentive approach to client representation. He works to understand the individual circumstances of each case and remains responsive to clients throughout the legal process. His experience includes handling complex injury and medical malpractice matters, workers’ compensation claims, and cases involving serious injuries and wrongful death. In addition to practicing law, Messervy serves as a Professor of Torts at the Birmingham School of Law's Huntsville campus, allowing him to contribute to the education of future attorneys while continuing his own legal practice.
